Learning through play

Play is very important in children's development. It allows children to understand and to adapt to the world around them to integrate themselves into it.

Through various activites and play materials offered at the Centre, your child will develop their imagination, learn to regulate their emotions and stress, and develop empathy towards others.

Toddlers (18 - 30 months)

The toddler program focuses on the development of independence, verbal expression, and sensory exploration. Toddlers are invited throughout the day to explore different workshops according to their preferences and interests.

The content of toddler programming follows Ontario's Early Childhood Education Curriculum Guide "How Does Learning Happen?".

Preschoolers (2.5 - 4 years)

The preschool program focuses on learning through play. It is through different learning centers that children develop their social, emotional, cognitive and linguistic skills as well as fine and global motor skills. Educators encourage children to develop their independents and resolve conflicts.
